6. BVTechLabs Hub Mobile Application
If you use the BVTechLabs Hub Android application, the following additional disclosures apply:
- Device information: The Support screen reads your device model, manufacturer, OS version, and app version locally on your device to help you report issues to our support team. This information is never automatically transmitted to us; it is only sent if you explicitly choose to email it via the in-app support action.
- Network connectivity: The app checks your device's network state locally to display a connectivity status indicator. No network data is transmitted to BVTechLabs servers.
- WebView: The in-app browser loads bvtechlabs.co.za, which is governed by this same Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: On first launch, the app may request the Outfit typeface from Google's font CDN (
fonts.gstatic.com). Google's own Privacy Policy governs that request. No personal data from BVTechLabs Hub is sent to Google.
- No user accounts: The app does not require registration or login and does not store any personal data on our servers.
- No analytics or advertising SDKs are included in the app.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
We do not store personal data beyond what is needed for our legitimate business purposes.
